Option B is too much work! Who wants to manually set the OSPF cost on every interface? I'm going with the simplest solution, option C.

I think option D is the way to go. Setting the OSPF reference bandwidth to 10 or higher will ensure that the links are utilized properly.

Option C seems correct. With the ports set up as routed ports and default OSPF parameters, no additional action is required to enable the fastest communication.
