I think we're all forgetting the most important factor here - the customer's budget. Who knows, maybe they're looking to spend as little as possible. Option D could be the winner!

I personally think customers should also be offered a trial when they want to experience Platform as a Service that includes technology support, metering, and management. It's a great way for them to see the full range of services offered.
