I agree with Stevie, but I'd also add that moving the master module is crucial to ensure high availability. Option E is a must-do!

Option B and D seem to be the way to go. Creating a new logical enclosure for the two frames and modifying the existing logical interconnect sounds like the logical (pun intended) steps.
