I'm going to have to go with option A. Focusing on your customers, clients, users, and partners is the foundation of any thriving business. Everything else is just icing on the cake.
Option D seems to have the right idea - IT platforms, innovation, administration, and cash flow. Those are all critical components for a successful business.

I think option B covers all the essential areas - sales, customers, administration, know-how, and expertise. That's a well-rounded approach to running a business.
Well, the key areas are definitely customers, clients, users, and partners. You can't have a successful business without understanding and catering to your stakeholders.
