Nah, 45 minutes is way too long. You'd miss out on a lot of real-time data. I'd go with B) as well. 15 minutes is a good balance between performance and data freshness.

Hmm, I'm not so sure. I was thinking maybe C) Less than 2700 seconds (45 minutes) would be the better option. That seems like a long enough interval to avoid performance concerns.
