I'm just picturing the poor IT admin trying to upgrade the WebUI server, and the only thing running through their mind is 'Please, don't let it be on fire when I'm done.'
C) By copying the BigFix WebUI Installer to the BigFix Server and stopping the WebUI service on the WebUI Server. Then run the installer on the BigFix Server and start the WebUI service after the upgrade.

Option C is the way to go! Stopping the WebUI service on the WebUI Server and running the installer on the BigFix Server? That's some next-level upgrade wizardry right there.
