Hmm, this is a tricky one. But I'm going to go with my gut and say A and D. Shielded lines and power regulators just don't scream 'power noise' to me.

A and D seem like the obvious choices here. Electromagnetic and radio frequency interference can definitely cause power noise. I'm surprised they included B and C as options, those don't seem relevant.
