Ah, the joys of SharePoint security. Option C is the way to go, but I bet the antivirus software will still let a few viruses slip through. Maybe we should just wrap the entire server in bubble wrap and call it a day.

Option B is a bit too restrictive, don't you think? Restricting users to read-only access might not be the best solution. We want to empower our users, not lock them out.
