Ha, this is easy! UDP is the 'Unreliable Datagram Protocol' for a reason. And both FTP and TFTP use it, everyone knows that. As for the OSI layer, I'm going to go with 'true' on that one - why not, it sounds plausible enough!

A, C, and D are all correct, no doubt about it. But E? UDP at the data-link layer? Hmm, that sounds a bit fishy to me. Maybe the exam writers are trying to trick us on that one.

I believe D is also true, TFTP does use a UDP port for communication.

UDP is definitely an unreliable protocol, and TFTP does use a UDP port, so those are definitely true. But I'm not sure about FTP using UDP - I thought it used TCP. And the OSI layer thing is tricky, I'll have to double-check that one.
