Hmm, I don't know. Option C is an interesting possibility. Maybe the host at 192.168.177.21 is a new device that was added to the network between the two scans.

I'm not sure about that. Option D seems more likely to me. The host with the MAC address D8:50:E6:9F:EE:60 probably had its IP address changed, which would explain why it's not showing up in the same place.
