Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. Maybe I should have paid more attention in that IVR training session. Oh well, I'll just go with my gut and say D. *fingers crossed*
I've worked with IVR systems before, and the 'Enable ASR Logging' feature is definitely the one that allows you to record the caller's speech. Easy peasy!
