Hmm, I'm not too sure about this one. I guess I'll just go with option C and hope for the best. A connection with the IVR Server sounds like it could be relevant.
I think option B is the correct answer. The DNIS must be delivered to the VCS with the call in an In-Front of the Switch configuration using Genesys Framework.
