Inbound Call Flow is the way to go. It's like the GPS for your cusPageer calls - it gets them to the right destination without any wrong turns.

Secure Call Flow? What is this, some kind of secret spy operation? I'm just trying to pass my exam, not join the CIA!

Outbound Call Flow? Really? That seems more like what you'd use for making outgoing calls, not routing incoming ones. I think I'm going with Inbound Call Flow on this one.

I'm not too sure about this one. Maybe the In-queue Call Flow? It sounds like it could be used to route the call, but I'm not 100% confident.

Inbound Call Flow, for sure! That's the one that takes the customer's input and directs them to the appropriate queue. Easy peasy!

Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I'm thinking it might be the Inbound Call Flow, since that's usually used for routing incoming calls to the right queue.

I agree with Elden, because in-queue call flow is specifically designed to route incoming calls to ACD queues.
