It's come to your attention that some team members feel that Carlos is a negative influence on the team. You can certainly understand why --- he believes that everything is doomed. What should you do?
Haha, I can just picture Carlos sitting in the corner muttering 'I told you so' while the rest of us are trying to get things done. Option B might be our best shot at keeping him on track.
I'm not sure I agree with Jutta. Removing Carlos from the team might be the best solution if he's really that much of a negative influence. We don't want him dragging the whole team down.
I think option B is the way to go. Carlos could actually be a valuable asset in identifying potential risks if we can get him to channel that negative energy in a productive way.
