Customers make a purchase decision based on a number of factors. In Lean Six Sigma we refer to these decision points as CTQ's or as ____________________.
Hmm, 'Conspicuous time quandaries'? I think someone's been watching too many episodes of 'The Office'. Time's money, but it's not the only thing customers care about.
Critical-to-quality, definitely. These are the key factors that customers use to make their purchasing decisions. It's all about understanding what's important to them.
Ah, gotta love these Lean Six Sigma terms! CTQ stands for Critical-to-quality, of course. Wouldn't want to get that mixed up with 'Conscious thought qualities' - that's more for the philosophers, am I right?
