Haha, good one! Visual factory is like a magic eye picture - everything is right there in front of you, you just have to know how to look. A) is definitely the odd one out here.
D) Are unneeded tools or supplies easily noted? That's the one that doesn't quite fit the visual factory concept. The whole point is to make the work process transparent, not keep things hidden.
This question is a no-brainer! The answer is obviously A) Are setups optimized for lower scrap levels? Visual factories are all about making problems visible, not hiding them away.
