As someone who's been studying the Toyota Production System, I can confidently say that the two pillars are A and D. Jidoka and Just-In-Time are the foundations of their lean manufacturing philosophy. Unless, of course, they secretly added a 'Just-In-Merit' system and didn't tell anyone. Wouldn't put it past them!

Finally, a question I can answer! Just-In-Time and Jidoka, baby. Although, a 'Just-In-Merit' system does sound like something Toyota would come up with to really keep their workers on their toes.

Ooh, tricky one! Let me think... Kaizen is definitely part of the Toyota way, but I'm pretty sure the two pillars are Just-In-Time and Jidoka. Gotta love those Japanese terms, am I right?

B? Just-In-Merit? Is that even a real thing? Come on, this is too easy. A and D are the correct answers.

I think Jidoka is also important as it helps in detecting defects early in the production process.
