I'm just hoping I don't have to configure OSPF on my FortiGate - that sounds like a headache waiting to happen!

True, the VDOM links are in Ethernet mode because they have IP addresses assigned on both sides.

That's a relief! But traffic on AccountVInk and SalesVInk won't be accelerated.

Don't worry, you can apply OSPF routing on the VDOM link in either PPP or Ethernet mode.

I'm a bit confused about the OSPF routing options. E seems plausible, but I'm not sure if any configuration changes would be needed on AccountVInk.

B is definitely correct. The exhibit says the VDOM links won't be accelerated, so traffic on AccountVInk and SalesVInk won't be accelerated either.

D seems right to me. The Root VDOM is for management and internet access, so it's likely an Admin type VDOM, while the others are Traffic type VDOMs.

I think C is the correct answer. The VDOMs are in Ethernet mode because they have IP addresses assigned on both sides. I'm not sure about the others, though.

Let's review the options again to make sure we understand the VDOM behavior correctly.

I'm not sure about OSPF routing, though. Maybe A or E could be correct.

I think D is also correct. Root VDOM is an Admin type VDOM, while VDOM 1 and VDOM 2 are Traffic type VDOMs.

But the exhibit clearly shows IP addresses on the VDOM links, so C must be correct.
