Hmm, C, End station traffic monitoring, could also work. FortiNAC might be able to analyze network traffic to identify new MAC addresses.

I think option B, Link traps, is the correct answer here. FortiNAC needs to monitor the network for new device connections, and link traps are a good way to do that.
