Haha, I bet the person who wrote this question is just trying to trip us up. But I got this - A and D are the ones that need the access receive rule. Easy peasy.
Clearly, A and D are the right answers. I mean, who would even try to send an email from 'mis@hosted.net' to 'noc@example.com'? That's just asking for trouble.
I think B and D are the correct answers. The question says 'if none of the senders is authenticated', so the envelope addresses that don't match the protected domain will need the access receive rule.
The answer is A and D because the protected domain is example.com, so any sender or recipient that is not from that domain will require an access receive rule.
