B and C seem to be the right answers here. Conserve mode kicks in when memory usage reaches the red threshold, and it exits when memory goes below the green threshold.

I'm not sure about statement B, but I think it makes sense that FortiGate would take action for new sessions when memory is high. What do you think, Jaclyn and Hester?

I agree with you, Jaclyn. I also believe statement D is true because conserve mode is meant to conserve resources by dropping new sessions.
