I'm not sure why the BIG-IP Administrator didn't save the screen output in the first place. That's just basic troubleshooting 101.

Option D seems like the obvious choice here. The BIG-IP Administrator just needs to collect the EUD log file to provide the results to F5 Support.

I think option D is the way to go. Collecting the output from /shared/log/eud.log is the most reliable method.

I disagree, I believe option B is better. Executing EUD from tmsh is quicker and more efficient.

I think option A is the best choice. Booting into EUD will provide the most accurate results.
