Definitely not option D - I don't think 'crowdsourcing' testing is what they're looking for here. That might work for some types of testing, but not for coverage-based approaches.
I'm not sure about option C - doesn't that kind of ad-hoc testing approach run the risk of missing important cases? Coverage-based testing should be more structured, in my opinion.
