Option A sounds like a recipe for a Scrum Master's nightmare. Imagine trying to keep up with two teams in different time zones. That's like trying to catch two chickens with one hand!
Alternating the Scrum Master between locations seems like a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth. Why not just have one Scrum Master dedicated to the whole team? That's what option C suggests.
I disagree, I believe option C is the best choice. The Scrum Master should be located with one of the teams to ensure they can be fully immersed in the daily activities and provide the necessary support.
I think option B is the way to go. Having a local Scrum Master for each team will ensure they can be fully dedicated to their respective teams and deal with any time zone issues effectively.
