C'mon, the data type is clearly the issue here. I'd go with option C - changing the CFCC field to a Long integer. It's a no-brainer!

I'm not sure, but I think D) The allow subtypes property should be set to True could also be a valid option.

I agree with Mari. Changing the data type to Long integer makes sense for creating subtypes based on CFCC.
