The 'S' in the projection definition is throwing me off. I thought UTM zones were numbered north and south of the equator, not based on row.

I believe the false northing value should be 0, not 10000000. That could be causing the issue with the data drawing in the wrong location.

I agree with Brendan. The 'S' in Zone 15S should indicate UTM Row S, not south of the equator.
