D sounds about right to me. Prefix Length has to include the Network, Subnet, and Host portions. Gotta get this one right or my boss will make me wear a dunce cap to the next meeting.

Hmm, I think the correct answer is C. Prefix Length = Network + Subnet portions. That's how I remember it from my subnet cheat sheet.
