During the ENSA program, you notice that one of the students in the class does not have the prerequisites for the course. Which of these actions is an appropriate method for you to do?
Modifying the pace of the course to accommodate the student (Option A) is a noble idea, but it may not be practical and could compromise the learning experience for the rest of the class. Tough love is sometimes necessary.
I feel like option A could also work, as long as the student is willing to put in the extra effort to catch up. But ultimately, having the prerequisites is crucial for success in the course.
Option D is the most appropriate action. It's best to be honest with the student about the challenges they may face without the necessary prerequisites, and offer assistance if possible.
