ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is the way to go. It's the international gold standard for information security, and it'll give Galactic Innovations the credibility they need to impress those top-tier businesses.

Hmm, USAM? Is that like SPAM but for government agencies? I'd stick with the proven ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard to keep the hackers away.

I'm not too familiar with USAM, but GCSP doesn't seem to fit the bill. ISAS is also a bit obscure, so I'd go with the ISO/IEC standard for this one.

I believe ISAS could also be a good option for Galactic Innovations to consider, as it focuses on cloud security.
