This issue is clearly related to authentication. The logon token being empty means the installation script is not properly authenticating with Conjur. I'd check the credentials and permissions of the user running the installation.

I'm not sure, but I think it could also be A) This admin user must not be logged in to other sessions during the installation.

I think the answer is B) You specified the correct url for Conjur and it is listed as a SAN on that url's certificate.
