Oh no, lost upstream connectivity to the Vault Conjur Synchronizer? That's not good. I'm going with option A on this one.

I think it's option C. The path to the credential wasn't properly encoded, causing the error. Time to double-check that configuration!

Hmm, this looks like a Vault Conjur Synchronizer issue. I'm going to guess option D - the Synchronizer has crashed and needs a restart.
