I'm not sure, but I think option A) PVWA > User Provisioning > LDAP Integration > Mapping Criteria could also be a possible place to check for the correct AD group mapping.

I think the correct answer is C. PVWA > Administration > LDAP Integration > Mappings. This is where you can verify the Vault Admins directory mapping.
