I'm no security expert, but I'm pretty sure the answer is C. Why else would they mention the 'SecurityEventsAuthorizationGroups' parameter?

Definitely C. That's the only option that mentions the SecurityEventsAuthorizationGroups parameter, which is exactly what we need to update to allow the group to review security events.
