Over the last couple of years, the growth of a company has required a more complex DNS and DHCP environment. Which of the following should a systems administration team implement as an appropriate solution to simplify management?
I'm just imagining the systems admin team implementing SDN and then having to explain to the management team why their internet is now powered by a software-defined supercomputer. IPAM is the way to go, folks.
I was confused between IPAM and SDN, but IPAM makes more sense for this scenario. SDN is more about network virtualization, while IPAM is specifically designed for IP address management.
IPAM seems like the best solution to simplify the complex DNS and DHCP environment. It provides a centralized management platform to easily manage IP addresses, DNS, and DHCP across the organization.
