Hmm, I'm leaning towards C as well. But part of me wants to choose B, just because I have a weird hunch that the command might only redirect if the vServer is down. Oh well, C it is!

I'm pretty sure the answer is C. Redirecting all requests to a new domain seems like the obvious effect of that command. Though I'm curious if the URL has to end with a slash or not.
