Hmm, this one's tricky. But I've got a hunch the Customer Success Manager is the way to go. They're like the superhero sidekick to the customer's Batman, you know?
The primary customer stakeholder, without a doubt. They're the ones who are going to be using the product, so they know what they need better than anyone.
I'm going to have to go with the customer enterprise architect on this one. They're the ones who can really dive into the technical details and make sure the use cases align.
