E is a bit of a head-scratcher. Increasing memory speed for more IOPs? That doesn't really make sense. NVMe is all about low-latency access, not necessarily raw speed.
I'm pretty sure D is wrong, as NVMe doesn't require a specific type of controller. And F is just nonsense - NVMe is about improving on SAS and SATA, not the other way around.
Well, it's clear that A, B, and C are the valid features for NVMe. The protocol is designed to take advantage of the PCIe interface and streamline commands for better performance.
