What is the messaging server component for 400 agent deployments?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: D, E, F

In order to implement Agent Single Sign-on in the ECE/CCE environment, the SSL certificate must be imported to ECE application servers for Unified CCE installations or the ECE server for Packaged CCE installations. Additionally, ECE should be integrated with PCCE and the SPOG, and SS0 for CCE needs to be configured before agent SSO for ECE will work.

Option D looks tempting, but I don't think that's the right choice. Collocating the messaging server with other components might lead to performance issues. I'd go with B.

Hmm, I'm not sure. Option A could work too, as long as the messaging server is properly configured and resourced. But I guess a dedicated VM is the safest bet.

I think option B is the correct answer. A dedicated VM for the messaging server seems like the best approach for a 400 agent deployment.

I agree, having a dedicated VM for the messaging server makes sense.

But wouldn't collocating with other components save resources and simplify management?

I disagree, I believe it should always be installed on a dedicated VM for better performance.

I think the messaging server should be collocated with other components and with services server.
