Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B

Before agents can reply to emails from customers, the following items must be configured: Inbound workflows, Outbound workflows, Users, and Email aliases. Inbound workflows and Outbound workflows are used to configure the routing of emails, while Users and Email aliases are used to configure the agents and their email addresses. Queues are used to store emails that are waiting to be assigned to an agent.

Ha, I bet the answer is B and E. Kerberos pre-auth is for users, not services, and the account can't be sensitive if it's running the database.

This is a tricky one, but I'm guessing B and D. The account shouldn't require Kerberos pre-auth, and the password expiration is irrelevant for a service account.

I'm going with A and C. A smart card requirement doesn't make sense for a service account, and DES encryption is outdated and insecure.

User1: I agree, A and C should be removed. Smart card for a service account is unnecessary.

Hmm, I think B and E are the correct answers. The MSSQL service doesn't need Kerberos pre-authentication, and the account can't be sensitive and undelegated for this purpose.
