Haha, 'sending emails' as a reason for using the REST API? That's a good one! I'm pretty sure that's not the intended use case. I'm going with B and E as the correct answers.

I think options B and E are the valid reasons for using the REST API to retrieve health rule violations. B covers determining which actions have been executed, and E is for when pushing events to the Event Management System is not possible.
