This is a tricky one! I'm going to guess A and C. The users on both networks seem to be experiencing issues reaching Google, and Network #2 did show better performance.
Interesting... I'm thinking B and D might be the right answers. The remote server issue for Network #1 and the local misconfiguration for Network #2 seem to align with the data.
Hmm, I'm leaning towards C and E. The performance metrics show Network #2 had better results, and the lack of server-side issues suggests the problems were on the client-side.
