I'm pretty sure B and E are the right answers. The Finesse APIs can add outbound call capabilities and a full-fledged custom agent desktop for omnichannel interactions.
I'm not sure about option D. I think adding video calling capabilities and developing a custom agent desktop for chat, email, and SMS interactions would be more beneficial.
