I'm gonna have to go with C - incorrect login credentials. That's the most common reason for Jabber login issues, right?

Based on the error message, it looks like there are XMPP bind failures. Definitely going with option B on this one.

I believe it could also be due to service discovery issues causing the Jabber client to not sign in.
