For real, who even uses DTMF these days? I thought we were all about voice commands and AI assistants now. But I guess B) out-of-band is the way to go.

B) out-of-band, easy peasy. Though I'm more of a fan of in-band DTMF - it's like a secret language only the cool kids know.
