I'm stumped on this one. Maybe the phone's just feeling a bit shy and doesn't want to show its username and password to the world. Option D sounds like the way to go.

Hmm, the problem doesn't seem to be with the service URL or XML Service Category. I'd go with C - the Cisco IP phone hasn't checked the Extension Mobility checkbox.
