A user cannot access Extension Mobility even after clicking the services button and selecting EM service. There is nowhere to place the username and password to sign In for this service. What Is the cause of the issue?
Haha, reminds me of the time I forgot to check the 'I'm not a robot' box. Rookie mistake! But in this case, I agree with option D - the phone isn't subscribed to the EM service.
Hmm, the problem doesn't seem to be with the service URL or XML Service Category. I'd go with C - the Cisco IP phone hasn't checked the Extension Mobility checkbox.
