I was thinking DMVPN, but GETVPN looks like the better choice for a large-scale site-to-site VPN. Gotta love that routing info propagation over IPsec.

That's a good point, GETVPN does meet that requirement. It's a tough choice between B) DMVPN and C) GETVPN.

I disagree, I believe the answer is C) GETVPN because it supports propagation of routing information over IPsec.
