I'm going with A and E as well. The question clearly asks for two capabilities, and those seem to fit the bill. The other options just don't seem quite right.

I'm not sure about option B. Doesn't the API use basic authentication with encoded credentials? And option C doesn't sound right either - I thought it supported HTTPS even in earlier releases.

I'm not sure about the bearer key authorization, but I think it doesn't support HTTP until release 11.0.
