I'm going to have to go with All-Flash on this one. Anything less just won't cut it for their needs. They might as well future-proof their setup while they're at it.

Hybrid could work too, but I'm not sure if it would provide the level of performance they're looking for with data-intensive applications. Better to go with the All-Flash option to be safe.
