Ah, the age-old question: should I use a virtual environment or just install everything globally? I'll go with A and C - less conflict, more peace of mind.
I agree with Nana. Another advantage is that they allow for multiple Python projects to use different versions of the same dependency without conflict.
I think the advantages of using Python virtual environments are that they allow for isolated environments where each can use a different version of Python.
