Mobility domains? Mobility groups? I thought this was a test on how to stay mobile during a global pandemic. No wonder I'm so confused!

B) If WLCs are in the same mobility domain, they communicate with each other but, if an anchor WLC is present it must be in the same mobility domain for communication to be possible.

A) A mobility group does not constrain the distribution of security context of a client and also does not constrain AP fail-over between controllers when the WLC are in the same mobility domain.

Option D? More like 'WLCs do not need to be in the same mobility domain to communicate' my way to a failing grade.

Wait, so mobility domains and mobility groups aren't the same thing? I'm going to need a diagram and a nap after this exam.

Finally, a question I can actually understand! Option C seems to be the most comprehensive and accurate response.

Customer: That makes sense. So, mobility groups play a role in controlling security and fail-over within the network?

Engineer: Option C is correct. WLCs communicate with each other in the same mobility domain, and mobility groups constrain security context distribution and AP fail-over.

But C makes more sense because it mentions that WLCs communicate with each other in the same mobility domain.

Option C is the correct answer. Mobility groups constrain the distribution of security context and AP fail-over, while mobility domains enable communication between WLCs.
